Registration Steps

Step 1: Obtain and save a pdf or jpg that shows your current USSF registration.

You will need this file as part of completing the next step. This file can be a picture of your 2016 registration card or a printout/pdf/screenshot of your approved 2016 registration from cnra.gameofficials.net (payment receipts/emails are not accepted). (If you do not attach proof of current USSF registration as described in Step 2, your NCSOA registration will not be accepted and you will have to resubmit the form in step 2.)

Step 2: Fill out and sign the registration form below.

Upload the USSF registration verification in the required field. Enter information for all the required fields (indicated by red asterisks). At the bottom of the form is information on payment of fees. If you want to pay by PayPal or credit/debit card, click the link there to make your payment; if you want to pay by other means, note the address to which you must mail your payment. 

After you have completed all the above, and if you have entered data for all required fields, you will see a blue "Click to sign" button at the bottom of the form; check the box to agree to the terms and click the"Click to sign" button.

If you cannot access the form, copy and paste the form url at the bottom of this page into your internet browser. 

Step 3: Confirm your email address.

You will receive an email asking you to confirm your email address.  Click on that link and your form will be submitted for approval. You will then receive another email that confirms receipt of your registration; a copy of your registration form will be attached.  Your registration form will not be submitted until you confirm your email address.

Step 5: Make your required payment if not already done online.

Payment options are as follows:
  • Cash, check, or money order in the amount of $50.00 send to NCSOA, 800 Lake Oak Court, Sacramento, CA 95864. 
  • PayPal or credit/debit card in the amount of $52.25. Click the PayPay button below.

Step 6: Complete the 2016-2017 NFHS Soccer Rules exam with a score of 80% or better.

After discussion with the NCSOA Executive Board after the first meeting, we have determined that the procedure for taking the test will be as follows:
  1. The test must be submitted by Sunday, October 23rd.
  2. You will receive a confirmation email with your answers, but your test will not be graded immediately.
  3. Tests will be graded and results will be shared via email on Monday, October 24th.
  4. For registration purposes the testing requirement will be successfully fulfilled by taking the test in good-faith.
  5. Any referees with a score less than 85% will go through the group remediation process to receive a passing score at the meeting on Wednesday, October 26th.
This policy supersedes previous policies discussed or shared with the group in emails or at the meeting on 10/11/16.  Please contact Austin Otto or Rich Davis with questions about this new policy.
